Our assessments are:
We aim to provide clear insights, practical tools, understanding, and confidence to support each child’s ongoing growth.
Here are some of the assessments we can offer.

Sensory profiles help us to better understand how each child experiences and responds to sensory information in their everyday environment. Sensory profiles are completed in collaboration with parents or caregivers and provide valuable insights into a child’s sensory preferences, sensitivities, and regulation needs. This information helps identify what supports a child to feel calm, engaged, and comfortable, as well as what may be overwhelming or challenging.

SACS-PR (Social Attention and Communication Surveillance – Preschool) is a checklist completed through a play-based assessment designed to identify early signs of differences in social communication and interaction in young children. Through structured observation during natural play, it focuses on key areas such as eye contact, gestures, shared attention, and social engagement.

Environmental audits are used to support children in the spaces where they learn, play, and grow. This involves observing and reviewing a child’s environment to identify factors that may be impacting their engagement, behaviour, and regulation. We work collaboratively with families and educators to suggest practical, achievable adjustments—such as changes to layout, routines, sensory supports, and visual structures—to create environments that are calm, accessible, and supportive. By making thoughtful changes to the environment, we can help children feel more confident, regulated, and able to participate fully in everyday experiences.
Vineland -3 gives a comprehensive understanding of a child’s everyday functioning and independence. This assessment looks at key areas of development including communication, daily living skills, socialisation, and motor skills. It is completed through conversations with parents or caregivers, allowing us to gather meaningful insights into how a child manages real-life situations across home and community settings.
Our therapists can complete various checklists and screeners that provide valuable insight into a child’s development, helping to identify strengths, areas of need, and inform tailored support strategies.
